Aniket Nagdive

Aniket Nagdive is an accomplished Designer and LEED Green Associate™, currently serving as a Chapter Director at AIA Minneapolis.

He plays a key role in designing and delivering large-scale healthcare and institutional projects, contributing across the full project lifecycle from early concept development through construction documentation and implementation, with a balance of aesthetic clarity and technical precision. Working closely with engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, he helps translate design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions that support performance, sustainability, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.

Aniket is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, a licensed architect in India, and a member of the Indian Institute of Architects, with a focus on healthcare planning and regulatory coordination. His work has earned multiple recognitions and beyond practice, he contributes through leadership, mentorship, and research, sharing ideas that connect design thinking with real-world delivery.
