Charles Kudelski

Charles Kudelski is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mentriva, a fintech platform transforming global commodities trading through smart contracts and digital infrastructure. He also serves on the board of Kudelski & Partners AG, a Swiss-based family office, where he oversees investments across real estate, hospitality, and finance, with a strong focus on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital assets.

Charles’s career bridges multiple industries, combining academic rigor with hands-on entrepreneurial execution. He holds a Master’s in Management and Business Analytics & Data Science, with a specialization in finance and advanced AI. As a multiple-time founder, his early ventures included launching and successfully exiting a crypto startup in 2017, giving him first-hand exposure to the disruptive potential of blockchain. He later expanded into hospitality, scaling a restaurant group across several locations, and has managed significant real estate projects - demonstrating both the vision to identify transformative opportunities and the execution to build, operate, and scale successful ventures across diverse sectors.
