Claudio Piccoli

Claudio Piccoli is an Italian dog photographer known for capturing the energy, movement and personality of dogs through action photography. Combining technical precision with a deep understanding of animal behavior, his work celebrates the connection between humans and their canine companions while highlighting the beauty and spirit of dogs in motion.

A Nikon Ambassador for Italy and Nikon School Master teacher, Claudio has built an international reputation through workshops, online courses and private mentoring dedicated to dog photography. He has led more than 50 workshops across the United States, Europe and Asia, helping photographers develop both creative and technical skills within the genre. In 2018, he was invited to speak at a major photography conference, where he shared his perspective on how dog photography can positively influence people’s lives and emotional wellbeing.
