Introduction
Elias Dancey is the owner, creative director, producer, lead character animator, award-winning writer and content creator of Studio Flatland, an Emmy award-winning creative studio in Virginia. He plays an integral role in overseeing and advancing various aspects of the business, taking charge of a team of artists to ensure the clients' requirements and visions are met. Additionally, he actively engages in the creation of designs, artwork, and animations. Passionate about the realms of advertising and entertainment, his specialty revolves around the art of giving life to ideas, concepts, stories, and characters. Notable recent projects in their portfolio encompass providing animation for "CREEPSHOW," directed by Greg Nicotero for SHUDDER and AMC, along with contributing to animation and illustration projects for The National Park Conservation Association. Furthermore, Dancey assumed the position of Director of Animation for BitCubs, an educational program aimed at instructing children in the world of coding.
