Fabiano believes that the experience he has had during 9 years as an art director in two different markets, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, helped him develop an advertising vision for both retail and corporate marketing, as well as for governmental advertising, which adds to the experience of the team of judges. He is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he could work for some worldwide known customers such as Globo Television, Petrobras and the EBX Group. At this time, he was the winner of national and international awards for campaigns developed for these clients. In Brasilia, he opened his own business, which provided marketing services for the Ministry of Sports. He also worked as the Director of Creation of the Digital Group, in which he was able to develop pieces for government entities such as Caixa Economica Federal (a federal bank) and the Ministry of Health. In this last account, he developed a campaign called #PartiuTeste, which was released on Tinder to warn its users of the necessity to use condoms. The campaign was publicized both in the New York Times and Reuters and, due to its huge success, he was awarded the national Columnists Award prize. In 2009, Fabiano won gold in Columnists Award Rio & Columnists Award Brazil, bronze in Brazilian Advertising Festival Rio. In 2010, he was the gold award winner for AMPRO Globes Award. In 2015, he won Columnists Award Brasilia and silver in Pororoca Award. He left the work at marketing agencies in 2016 and opened the first social network focused on mentoring for the advertisement market called Menttoo.
