Glenn Goldman is an architect, planner, educator, and photographer, best known as the Founding Director of the School of Art + Design at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where he led programs in Digital Design, Industrial Design, and Interior Design. His expertise spans architecture, computer-aided design, digital design education, and interdisciplinary creative practice. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in advancing design education and innovation, while also contributing extensively to academic and professional communities within architecture and digital media. Goldman has received multiple international awards and recognitions for his contributions to teaching, research, and creative works, including the SIGGRAPH Distinguished Educator Award in 2025. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, a past president of ACADIA (the Association for Computer-Aided Design in Architecture), a Pioneer Member of ACM SIGGRAPH, and currently serves as Chair of the ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee.
