Greg Gubiani

Greg Gubiani is the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, overseeing a 575-room hotel with extensive meeting and event facilities. Under his leadership, the property has continued to earn international recognition, including being named the World’s Best Airport Hotel for ten consecutive years, most recently in 2025.

With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Greg brings expertise across resort and city hotel management, pre-opening operations, task force assignments, capital projects, and operational excellence. He is passionate about delivering consistent guest experiences, improving efficiency through technology, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within hotel teams.
