Before joining Wargaming, Kozaka led digital and data strategy at LG Electronics and held strategy and planning roles with global agencies and brands in London. His career also includes entrepreneurial experience, giving him a broad understanding of brand building, audience behavior, business growth, and digital transformation across industries. As a juror, Kozaka brings extensive experience evaluating creative and strategic work. He considers originality, strategic clarity, audience relevance, innovation, cultural insight, and overall effectiveness when assessing each submission.
