Introduction


Jeremy Raszko is Head of Marketing at Iceberg Interactive, an independent video game publisher, where he leads strategies focused on brand awareness, audience growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance.

With more than eight years of experience in the games industry, Raszko has worked across indie and AAA publishing, including premium titles and games-as-a-service. His previous roles at MY.GAMES and Perfect World, now Gearbox Publishing Amsterdam, have given him broad experience developing campaigns for diverse markets and player communities.

Raszko holds an MBA in Video Game Management from IIM Digital School and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Excelia La Rochelle. As a juror, he brings a commercially informed perspective on positioning, audience relevance, campaign effectiveness, market potential, and the overall strength of a game’s presentation.
