Klaus Sommer Paulsen is the CEO and Founder of AdventureLAB and an internationally recognized authority on narrative-driven experience design. With over 30 years of experience, his expertise lies at the intersection of storytelling, the experience economy, and emerging technology, strengthening brands, organizations, and communities. Since the mid-1990s, he has driven strategy, concept development, and creative direction for numerous award-winning projects across Europe, North America, and Asia.

A respected educator and global keynote speaker, Klaus authored Integrated Storytelling by Design (1st edition 2021, 2nd edition 2026), an acclaimed framework used worldwide to transform narrative into an audience-centric design process. Over three decades in academic and commercial settings, he has trained talent at every career stage and led collaborative design workshops for international organizations.
