Kouresh Salehi is an architect, urbanist and educator with over 25 years of international experience in the United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East. He is currently the Design Director for of LWK + Partners. His design philosophy combines creative and adept manipulation of form with the capacity to derive inspiration from a diverse range of knowledge and experiences. For more than thirty years, he has been transforming the constructed landscape through to architecture and urbanism that emphasizes social, economic, and ecological sustainability. Operating under the philosophy of 'Contextual Metabolism,' he believes that the environmental, cultural, and urban context of cities plays a crucial role in determining the well-being of inhabitants and fostering biodiverse urban ecologies.
