Lan Nguyen-Grealis is a multi award-winning editorial, beauty, and celebrity makeup artist based in the UK. She is also the author of Art & Makeup and ProMakeup Design Book.

She’s recognized for her signature creative approach to modern, elevated beauty, along with her innovative visual branding and design direction across music, TV, film, and global advertising. Her collaboration with Revolution became a cultural phenomenon — the custom palette she designed went viral, surpassed demand expectations, and went on to win both a People’s Award and the Global Best Innovation Award in 2022. Lan has also served as a guest judge on the BBC series Glow Up and continues to lead makeup direction for multiple London Fashion Week designers.

Before becoming one of beauty’s most influential creative forces, Lan studied Art & Design and Fashion Design + Marketing, forming the artistic foundation of her signature visual language. Her philosophy centers on empowering women to embrace individuality — believing that personal style, not trends, is the key to authentic and lasting success.
