Laurel Stark is a creative director and change-maker who straddles brand, experience, and product. She has worked for agencies, in-house teams like the Google Brand Studio and Intel's Agency Inside, global architecture firms like Gensler, and one of the biggest DEI firms in advertising (the 3% Movement). She has won multiple international awards for her work for clients like Google and Avon but also does a ton of work off the clock to make the industry more equitable, representative, and fair. She's the co-founder of The One Club's Next Creative Leaders competition, which shines a light on up-and-coming women and non-binary talent that's changing the work and the world for the better. For Mental Health Month, She launched Our Silent Partner, a crowd-sourced reflection on mental health aimed at getting creatives to break their silence on their struggles. Her LGBTQ+ work for Google was named a World-Changing Idea by Fast Company and a jury of her peers recently named her a Pitch 100 Superwoman for the work she does to make the industry great.
