He earned a First-Class Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University College London, receiving the R. B. Hounsfield Prize in Traffic Engineering. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science in Transport Engineering from Imperial College London, having been awarded the L. Chow Engineering Scholarship.
