Linda Tiger is Chief Operating Officer at Arrowhead Game Studios, where she supports the studio’s continued growth and the live development of Helldivers 2. With more than 20 years of experience and over 30 shipped titles, she has built a career spanning quality assurance, production, and studio leadership, including roles at Paradox Interactive.

A self-described production aficionado, Linda is passionate about collaborative game development and building teams that thrive through a “do, learn, improve” mindset. Her experience supporting teams across a wide range of genres and platforms, combined with her perspective as an avid player, enables her to evaluate entries with a strong understanding of game quality, playability, production, and the overall player experience.
