Introduction

Lisa Popovici is the co-founder and CMO at Siena AI—the world's first autonomous customer service platform designed for commerce turning AI into customer service teams favorite superagent.

Among their customers are Kitsch, K18 Hair, Verb Energy and Simple Modern which are seeing up to 60% automation rate, 90% faster response times and consistent 5-star CSAT scores. Before diving into the deep end with Siena, she wore the entrepreneur hat, running and exiting two Shopify businesses, all while studying General Medicine for 6 years. After graduating, she then pivoted to what she loves the most: building software for e-commerce.

Previous to Siena, she co-founded and scaled Cartloop, a conversational SMS marketing app for Shopify businesses. When she's not shaping the future of commerce, Lisa's probably exploring a new city, sweating it out at her favorite SoulCycle class or spending time with her King Charles Cavalier pup.
