Introduction
Ludek Louda is a seasoned expert in the hospitality sector, boasting extensive experience and a rich history of contributions to the hotel industry. Louda has dedicated much of his life to working internationally, where he has impressively managed several demanding ventures and positions. His achievements include the launch of three hotels under prominent luxury brands, the execution of multiple property upgrades and renovations, and the pioneering opening of the first Championship Golf Course & Golf Academy in the Baltics. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in the inauguration of a colossal, multi-branded Olympic resort in Krasnaya Polyana in the Caucasus mountains for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi. At the helm of his team at Spa Hotel ULRIKA in Karlovy Vary, he led the establishment to distinction as the first hotel in the Czech Republic to be honored with the prestigious “BEST MEDICAL HOTEL 2019” award.
