Michael Bare

Michael Bare is a hospitality and market research leader with extensive experience in customer experience, business development, and service quality. He is a co-founder and Past President of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA), where he also serves as a Global Board Member and Hall of Fame member.

Michael has been a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) for more than 30 years, bringing deep industry knowledge across hospitality and service evaluation. He also serves on the board of the 50+ Employment Workforce Foundation, supporting initiatives related to elder fraud and abuse prevention.
