As the founder and CEO of Make, a thriving B2B digital manufacturing platform, I possess extensive expertise in strategic product development, technology innovation, and process efficiency. I have successfully transformed a startup from its inception into a platform that generates substantial revenue while effectively managing cross-functional teams and establishing partnerships with industry giants such as Microsoft and Google. I have also secured manufacturing contracts with startups backed by Y Combinator and other venture capitalists. My hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem and ability to identify and foster innovation position me as an ideal judge for Titan Awards. I am intimately familiar with the challenges and successes associated with building a tech startup and the qualities that make a tech manager effective, all of which I have experienced firsthand while building a B2B enterprise platform for manufacturing. Additionally, I've been a judge for the Stevie Awards and judge/mentor for companies part of accelerator programs run by prestigious institutions like the National Science Foundation, UC San Diego, California College of Arts, and Blackstone (UC Riverside).
