Pan Hua

Pan Hua is the design director of Xi’an Ziwei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, a large state-owned enterprise.

Hua holds a master's degree in architecture from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. Based on the company's concept of developing residential communities with superior facilities, services and humanistic care, she is committed to conceiving quality homes through design solutions. To support strategic transformation of the enterprise, she also actively participates in the design of commercial projects. Her major works encompass many upscale residential and commercial projects such as high-rise buildings, low-rise residences, stacked villas, shopping malls, apartments, offices, etc.
