Patrizio Cionfoli

Patrizio Cionfoli is Senior Vice President & Chief Design Officer at Havells India, where he leads a team of 55 designers shaping the company’s design vision, brands, products and customer experiences.

With more than 25 years of international experience across Europe, the United States and Asia, Patrizio has built and led multidisciplinary design teams at the intersection of design, innovation, brand and business. Prior to Havells, he spent more than 20 years at Whirlpool Corporation, where he held global design and brand leadership roles, including Global Brand Leader for KitchenAid.

Throughout his career, Patrizio has contributed to the development of global brands including KitchenAid, Alessi, Illy, Lavazza, Artsana, Berkel, Haier, Midea and Duracell. His teams have received more than 100 international design awards.

His design work has also been exhibited in prestigious international cultural and design institutions, including the Louvre in Paris, Triennale Milano and design museums in Beijing. His work has also been featured as part of the Italian Design World Tour aboard the prestigious Amerigo Vespucci, further reflecting the international cultural relevance of his design practice.

A long-standing jury member for global awards, Patrizio advocates for design as a strategic discipline capable of creating clarity within complex systems and driving meaningful experiences, innovation and business transformation.
