Quoc Lu is Vice President, Group Creative Director at INNOCEAN USA, with more than 20 years of experience across marketing, advertising, design, and digital brand experiences. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global brands including Apple, Intel, Lexus, and Cadillac, developing creative campaigns that combine innovation, strategy, and strong visual storytelling.
At Apple, Quoc contributed to the MarCom Interactive Team, helping develop digital experiences that supported the brand’s innovative identity. At Intel, he led creative direction for the “Be More” campaign, a global internal initiative reaching more than 100,000 employees through video, digital signage, and print communications.
His expertise also extends to luxury automotive branding, where his work for Lexus and Cadillac reflects his ability to create performance-driven, emotionally engaging campaigns. With deep experience across digital experience, brand communication, and creative leadership, Quoc brings valuable strategic and creative judgment to the jury panel.
