Sebastiano Boni

Sebastiano Boni, a versatile Design Director, is dedicated to humanizing technology. Currently based in Milan, he leads the User Experience practice and team at Huawei Aesthetic Research Centre, enhancing technology's intelligence and human touch for a vast global audience of 500 million users.

Over his 15-year career, he has contributed to designing visual language systems for insurance groups affecting 55 million lives worldwide, revolutionized digital banking in Greece during Capital controls, developed digital platforms to enhance employee and customer experiences for banks, and envisioned the future of retail stores in the era of AI, among other accomplishments.

With a fervent passion for design, Boni has explored various design disciplines, fostering an integrated and interdisciplinary perspective. He firmly believes that design serves as the pivotal bridge between humanity and technology, leading to the creation of services and products that seamlessly blend with our natural interactions.
