Sophia Agranovich, an internationally acclaimed pianist, recording artist, educator, and artistic director, is praised by Fanfare as “a bold, daring pianist in the tradition of the Golden Age Romantics” and “a tigress of the keyboard.” Her performances are noted for their beauty, nuance, and superior musicianship.

As a Steinway Artist, she has performed at renowned venues worldwide, including David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Théâtre Na Loba, Teatro di Marcello, Salle Cortot, and Ehrbar Saal. Her 11 albums and several singles have earned widespread acclaim, often reaching the top 10 of global radio airplay charts. She has received over 90 international honors for both performance and teaching.

She is listed in "Who's Who in America" and "Who's Who in the World," and serves as a voting member of NARAS, GrammyU Mentor, and Artistic Director of the Watchung Arts Center classical series. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Juilliard, where she taught as a Fellow, and continued Doctoral studies at Columbia University.
