Tori Wu is the founder and creative director of TAAS Sustainable Design Consulting Co., Ltd. (策意象永续品牌咨询（上海）有限公司), bringing together over 20 years of design experience and strategic consulting expertise. Previously, she spent 14 years at Process, a Swiss brand consulting and design firm, before founding her agency in 2017.
Based in Shanghai, Tori specializes in commercial design and brand consulting, applying Design Thinking to drive innovation and elevate brands. She actively promotes Design Thinking in China, regularly teaching its tools and methods at universities, NGOs, and industry associations. In 2022, her company became a public welfare practice base for the Shanghai Zijiang Public Welfare Foundation and East China Normal University.
