At ViaPlus by Vinci Highways, I’ve led mission-critical initiatives for agencies such as SRTA, HCTRA, NTTA, CTRMA, SR91 Express Lanes (OCTA and RCTC), MDX, and THEA, managing cross-functional teams of up to 50 members. Key achievements include overseeing large-scale data migrations (e.g., 18 million+ accounts) and developing complex back-office and image processing systems—all while ensuring system integrity, performance, and scalability.

I hold certifications as a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
