Xu Zhen is the Founder and Chief Designer of LANBEN DESIGN, a senior spatial designer with over 16 years of professional experience. He leads both his independent 50-member studio and serves as a key leader within the DianZhu Design Group, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale projects and creative teams.

As Founder and Chief Designer, he oversees the studio’s creative direction and design strategy, ensuring each project reflects both artistic integrity and functional precision. A belief-driven creator, he upholds the philosophy that “perception precedes form.”

A knowledgeable designer, his work delves into the emotional connection between people and space, using the interplay of scale, light, and time to craft environments that foster a harmonious dialogue between humanity and nature.
