Yaroslav Tugolukovskiy

Yaroslav Tugolukovskiy is the Head of Design at Uzum Bank, the largest fintech company in Uzbekistan and part of Uzum, Central Asia’s first unicorn valued at over $1.5 billion, and is a product designer with over 12 years of experience leading the creation of scalable, user-centered financial products and experiences.

His work centers on designing and leading complex digital products at the intersection of technology, business logic, and user experience, including core banking systems, payment platforms, P2P transfers, card issuance, and large-scale web and mobile applications. He collaborates closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define strategy, guide design direction, and ensure that financial solutions are not only technically robust, but also intuitive, secure, and accessible for users at scale.

He is recognized for his deep expertise in financial product design, design systems, and user-centered strategy, with a strong ability to translate complex regulatory, technical, and business requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
